Methodology

Net available = available money - pending payments - fixed costs - reserved savings. Daily limit = net available / days until next payday.

Practical example

If you have $800, 10 days remain, $220 is pending, and $100 is reserved, $480 remains: the daily reference is $48.

How to interpret the result

The daily result is a reference for flexible spending, not permission to spend everything. If low or negative, review commitments first.

Recommendations

  • Log actual spending in Smart Expenses and compare the day against the limit.
  • Review the result before large flexible purchases.

Limitations

Educational tools. They do not replace financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. It does not account for inflation, interest, taxes, or unexpected emergencies.
