How to track expenses without connecting your bank

A manual tracker works well when you want privacy, simple categories, and a daily review without sharing bank access.

What tracking without a bank connection means

You enter the important movements yourself: cash, card payments, transfers, pending bills, and income. You do not share bank credentials and you do not depend on bank categorization.

Local storage, sync, and bank connection

Local storage means movements live on the phone. Sync means copying data across devices or cloud. Bank connection means granting account access. Smart Expenses focuses on manual entry and local data; before changing phones, review backup or import options.
